School Administration >> Student Conduct
All students are expected to be thoughtful and considerate, and to show respect for themselves and for others. In general, the school aims to maintain high standards of student conduct based on pride, self-respect and concern for others.

We hope that parents will give their full support to staff upholding these standards.

The major school rules are as follows:
1, Students are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly, courteous manner and to show consideration towards other people. Acts of violence are absolutely forbidden.
2, Students require permission to leave the school grounds during the school day. Permission will only be granted by the Principal, Deputy Principal or Assistant Principal. Students must present a signed note from a parent.
3, Students driving to school by private vehicle must first obtain permissions from the Assistant Principal who will ask to view relevant drivers' licences. A driving permission slip can be obtained from the school office. Permission to carry other students may only be given when written permission has been obtained from the parents of ALL students concerned (drivers and passengers).
4, Radios, matches, lighters, fireworks and dangerous and offensive weapons are forbidden at school and during any school activity. Students may not use personal tape/CD (Walkmans) players at school.
5, Possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs (including marijuana) and other harmful substances is forbidden at school and during any school activity.
6, Spray cans are not permitted at school for any purpose.
7, Students who carelessly or wilfully damage school property will be required to make good such damage. Any damage must be reported immediately to Mr O'Mahony.

Punishments will be administered at the discretion of Senior Management in consultation with staff involved.

Punishments can range from demerit points to exclusion, depending on the severity of the offence.
