The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of a supportive and cohesive social sciences department where you will be valued for your expertise. Please state NCEA social sciences subjects able to be taught.

Year 7/8 Homeroom Teacher (Fixed term)

Otamatea High School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who is passionate about student engagement and achievement.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of a supportive and cohesive Y7 and 8 teaching syndicate (English, social studies, mathematics and science) where you will be valued for your expertise. 
Applicants should be well qualified, culturally responsive, and highly motivated professionals, with a strong commitment to restorative and relational teaching practices.
This is a fixed term (maternity cover), full-time position to the end of 2024.
Start date 29 April 2024 or later by agreement.
