Invoices will be sent to parents/caregivers on a monthly basis for any charges which are not covered through the scheme. Payment is expected in advance of a trip/experience taking place so that all costs can be covered. Parents/caregivers are encouraged to communicate with the school regarding any difficulty meeting payments as we do operate an equity fund and may be able to assist.
The school offers the option of payment by automatic payment to enable parents/caregivers to distribute costs throughout the year. This can be arranged through the school office, 09 4318-230 or by emailing email@example.com.
Eftpos is available at the school office.
