2022 OHS Triathlon

By Tina Holst

This year’s triathlon had a small number of entries with 1 individual and 5 teams in the year 7 and 8 race and 5 individuals and 5 teams in the year 9 – 13 race.

The day started off foggy but the sun broke through bringing a lovely sunny and windless day – perfect for the triathlon.

Even though there was a small number of entries all students gave it their full commitment and cheered each other on at the finish line.

This year the cycle section was held on the Country Club property, using part of the walkway track, which the students enjoyed mountain biking.

A huge thankyou to all the students, staff and community individuals who helped with set up for the day and marshalling during the races.
