A great start to 2020 / Fantastic NCEA results for 2019

We have had a great start to the 2020 school year with over 100 new students and lots of new staff being welcomed with a powhiri last Thursday.
At assembly on Friday the Principal congratulated the students on the outstanding NCEA results, which she compared to the decile 4 - 7 averages. The NCEA results were as follows (with decile 4 - 7 averages in brackets): NCEA Level 1: 88.7% (71.5%), NCEA Level 2: 91.2% (78.7%) , NCEA Level 3: 82.1% (65.4%).
The prefects and year 7s head off to their camp at Otamatea Marae today and we wish them all well.
