The Great ANZAC Biscuit Competition

By Alex Linnell

This term, Year 7 have been studying the ANZACs in Social Studies.

One of their tasks was to create a “modified” ANZAC biscuit.  The students were to use an original recipe and add in/ change something to the recipe.

They were judged in three different categories.

On Monday the students bought their masterpieces in to school and were judged by our professional judges, Tina Holst and Alison Cadman, who had a very hard job taste testing around 50 different biscuits. Thank you Alison and Tina.
