Year 8 Artwork

The current year 8 art class has been doing everything like the artist Henri Matisse and his paper cut-out artworks. Students have looked at organic leaf shapes, circus performers and cut shapes out in response to jazz music before arranging and gluing down out their toi piripiri - paper art creations. As you can see from the images here, they are a vibrant splash of colour which is certainly welcoming in these winter days.
